              Yes, I do. I like them very much/a little.
              No, I don’t. I don’t like them very much/at all.

Revision 5mins 1. Revise the chant from SB37, Lesson94.
2. Check homework by doing peer assessment.
1. To warm the atmosphere.
2. Ss assess each other’s work.
Presentation 1 2mins Show the fruit for the students to ask an answer. Revise the words of fruits to prepare for the new lesson.
Presentation 2 10mins 1. Show the picture of fruits and drinks of the students to ask and answer.
T: What can you see?
Ss: I can see some rice/some fruit.
T: What’s in the picture?
Ss: There is some rice/There is some fruit.

Introduce the new lesson

2. T: Do you like rice?
(Help the students to answer : Yes , I do. I like it very much/a little.No, I don’t. I don’t like it very much/at all.)
Revise the uncountable nouns and countable nouns.







To teach “like”的一般现在时的用法(第二人称),”like”后面的宾语为单数或不可数名词。
Practice and Assessment 6mins Look at the picture, and then practice in pairs. After that, ask two pairs of each group to demonstrate, then let them assess each other. 1. To deepen the impressions of the new knowledge.

2. To encourage them to speak out.

3. Students assess the acting.

Practice and Assessment 5mins Show a form and ask students to talk about. They should do it like this: I like…a little/ I like … a lot. 1. To revise what they have learn, to train them to describe.

2. To let students assess their talking.
Homework 1mins Copy the new words and do Ex.2 in workbook lesson97. For revision.
