Beijing Assess Huikai Educational Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. was Established in July 2000, under the background of national reform on school curriculum, which was launched by the Ministry of Education; it is the first private educational enterprise in China which is mainly engaged in the research, development and popularization of English curriculum standard and assessment tools. Cooperating with the National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development, Ministry of Education, the company initiated the“ National Project of English Curriculum Assessment for School Education”. The aim of the project is to implement the principle of the national reform on school curriculum, to establish the assessment system for English curriculum in school education, which accords with the requirements of quality education, and to effectively promote the curriculum reform in our country's school education, so as to enhance the dramatic change in teaching methods, and to promote the overall development of students’ ability.

As the high-quality resources supplier, by setting up the educational assessment system, we devote ourselves to enhancing the quality control on students’ learning in China’s primary and secondary schools, and we will provide simple, practicable and scientific assessment tools and assessment service to the society, educational institutions and schools.
